Book Review: Simply Clean

Well, I'm DNFing this one. I've been trying to read it for about 3 months now, I'm 2/3 of the way through and I have no desire to read it. By trying to force myself to read it, I've started actively avoiding home education reading time. The ideas in the book are good, but not feasible for me. I tried them and not only did it take me much longer to get things done than she predicted,  I was unable to keep up her pace. I can see where this could be very helpful, especially with child-raising because it could help you schedule chores. But for me, with a crazy year and health issues is just not happening.

If you do need guidance on establishing a cleaning routine, I think this book could be very helpful. My inability to finish it is not due to it being a bad book.

Rose, who recommended this book, shared:

I did read this one, and it ended up being really helpful for me (mainly because I've NEVER had a structured cleaning routine). My home runs a lot more smoothly when I follow her little schedule, even if I don't totally adhere to all the details. But I agree, it's not going to be for everybody.
